New Business:

The by -laws are being reviewed by Greg and Deacon Fred. There is no mission statement as of yet. The
Lay Director is comparing how we conduct our weekends with the way National conducts their weekends.
It has been recommended that July 23rd be reserved for reviewing the by-laws by the board members.
Meeting should begin at 9:00 am and be held at the 58th street chapel.

Assistant Lay Director proposed that we look at the positions with in the by-laws and elect half the board
members during the even years and the other half during odd numbered years so there would be an
overlap of board members serving on the board.

Deacon Fred closed the meeting with a prayer at 5:30 pm.
