Cursillo Weekends originated in Spain; Cursillo® (pronounced kor-
seeyo) means “short course” in Christian living. The Weekend is a
unique array of experiences as varied as the colors in a rainbow,
one symbol of our international movement.
The Cursillo Weekends are normally funded by donations collected
by the Fort Hood Chaplain’s Fund. Due to budgetary constraints we
find ourselves asking for private donations to the Fort Hood/ Heart of
Texas Cursillo. Many of our community members make contributions
also, but unfortunately it’s not always enough.
We would like to request your assistance to help offset the cost of
this movement. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
