SAINT LUKE
The life and death decisions made each day by
medical professionals and next of kin of patients in
light of the laws that govern those decision are
becoming daily more complex.  We pray that these
decisions reflect the best discernment and that they
are in keeping with the will of God, the great and
divine healer.  We ask you, Saint Luke, patron of
physicians, to guide those who must make these
overwhelmingly difficult decisions to seek the
direction which will best serve God and his kingdom.

Amen.

Here is a New Prayer Request from Angela Hindmand(Gardner) (txmsmom@yahoo.com): Please pray
for the family of Kristen Harold; yesterday morning her great-grandmother, grandfather and
Kristen's twin brother were killed in an auto accident near Palestine, Texas.  Kristen is here in
Alaska with her husband who is in the Military and they will be returning home for the funeral.
Please pray for the family to unite in strength and not be torn apart by their grief.  And please pray
for a safe flight for Kristen and her husband, Nik and their 10month old baby as they travel.

Please pray for a speedy recovery for my Aunt Bobbie (who is 81yrs old) who underwent knee
replacement surgery and that her rehabilitation will enable her to walk again without pain.

Please pray for Joe (my husband) and the others who traveled to Japan this week to be safe while
they undergo training and that they have a safe return to Alaska.

Here is a New Prayer Request from Katie DiSimoni Grooms (katherine.grooms@gmail.com): Dear
Brothers and Sisters in Christ - This is a request for my daughter Addison. Many of you know she
was born very early last year and weighed in at 1 pound 13 ounces - today she continues to amaze
everyone at 17 pounds and crawling all over. But the doctors have been following a noise she
makes when she breaths and she has not outgrown it. On Wednesday they will be putting her
under anesthesia to put a scope into her airway to get a better look and hopefully will be able to
correct the problem with a simple procedure.

Please join me in praying for a quick and safe resolution for Addison and guidance for the team
that will be working on her.

YSIC, Katie (DiSimoni) Grooms

replace some of the fluid she is loosing due to cyst with blood patches.  This will benefit her but it
